These items are not stocked, because there are thousands of color, text, and size combintions.

The items are made specifically for you, based on your choices during checkout, and are then made to your specifications.

Therefore, they are considered custom, and under no circumstances can they be returned for a refund or exchange.

We do not have the ability to stock returned items and wait for someone else to pick the exact same item. We hope you understand.

We will however replace any item damaged during shipping, if it is returned promptly us. Please email us with any concerns on shipping damage
